Our bunk is convertible as it can be used stacked or as two separated beds giving you the flexibility. Top bed not to be used for children below six years of age. The top has a weight capacity of 175Lbs while the bottom has 350Lbs. The clearance between rails is about 38 inches. 6-inch height mattress is recommended for the top bunk. Made for residential use only.
